Process

1. Add to cart, sign up and pay.
2. In the email confirmation, you will receive a link to sign up to our proctoring partner's website.
3. You will sign-up, enter your personal details and upload your personal ID, so that the proctor will be able to confirm your identity on the day of the exam.
4. Schedule the day and date of your exam.
5. Test your computer and Internet connexion (ethernet preferred!) here.
6. Carefully read the test guide that will be sent to you.
7. Relax!

Please note that:

• Once signed up on the proctor website, the certification cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• The certification can be partly refunded, see details in Terms of Sale.
• If the exam needs to be cancelled less than 5 days prior to the chosen date, it can be re-scheduled at an additional cost of €55.
• The exam can be scheduled 4 to 60 days after payment only.
